We are located in the Dayton Lane Historical District, at 616 Dayton Street in the city of Hamilton, Ohio located in Butler County. Our office provides clients with a discreet, private, and easy to find location. We are only a few blocks from the Butler County Domestic Relations and Common Pleas Court. Although located in Butler County, our office is conveniently located not only for family law clients residing in Hamilton, West Chester, Fairfield, and Middletown, but also for those residing in neighboring Ohio counties throughout Greater Cincinnati.

IN THE BEGINNING

Continuing A Long Family Tradition of Practicing Law in Cincinnati Ohio

Attorney Peck began practicing law in Butler County Ohio in 2005.  A lifelong resident of the Cincinnati, Ohio area, attorney Peck graduated from St. Xavier High School before attending Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Coming from a long line of attorneys and judges, Attorney Peck continued his education at the Ohio Northern University College of Law, from which he graduated in 2004.

Upon passing the bar exam, Attorney Peck began practicing as a criminal defense lawyer employed by a highly esteemed West Chester Law Office founded and operated by his Uncle and Cousin.

Becoming a member of the Cincinnati legal community, Attorney Peck joined a number of past, and at the time present, family members in the practice of law.  Among them:

John Weld Peck (February 5, 1874 – August 10, 1937) was a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

John Weld Peck II (June 23, 1913 – September 7, 1993) was a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and previously was a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.  Prior to his Federal Judicial career, Peck served on the Supreme Court of Ohio and at the time of his death, was the only living Judge in the United States to have served on both the trial and appellate courts in both the state and federal levels. In 1984, the federal office building in Cincinnati was named for Peck. At that time, Peck was one of only two living Americans to have a federal building named after him.

Hiram D. Peck, was a judge of the old Superior Court of Cincinnati and a member of the Ohio Constitution Convention of 1912

About Attorney Ched H. Peck

Attorney Ched H Peck now resides with his family of all girls in West Chester Ohio. When he is not in court or helping clients, Ched enjoys the outdoors, boating, sports, and enjoys taking his children to Disney World, a vacation destination that would have been his last choice before the births of his girls.
